Graduate Program

As a graduate at the Commonwealth Grants Commission, you will have a pathway that enables career progression as your capability develops. 

You will be engaged in interesting and meaningful work and participate in the Australian Public Service (APS) Graduate Development Program (the Program).  The Program develops the foundational skills, behaviours, mindsets, and networks graduates need to make a significant contribution in the APS.
